From the model a pump removal animation was produced to identify and resolve maintenance and installation problems prior to installation. Detailed installation general arrangement drawings were also generated from the 3D model and the refurbishment works completed.

Pumping station refurbishment

A 3D laser scan was performed, from which an existing 3D CAD model was produced and then developed to incorporate proposed modifications including replacement pumps and pipework.

Brewery tank farm

A 3D laser scan was performed, from which an existing model was produced and then developed to incorporate proposed modifications including new fermentation tanks and pipework.

General arrangement drawings were created from the 3D model and installation works completed.
